For us the most important part of this trip is to focus on mindfulness in all areas of our time together. We will explore this state of being by practicing awareness and being able to immerse ourselves in the environment and people who are practicing this on their daily basis. We will be learning a lot about mindfulness through interacting with winemakers and farmers who are practicing conscious, regenerative farming practices as well a learning about the thoughtful process of being stewards of the winemaking process. We will be staying at hotels and homesteads that are prioritizing environmental-friendly practices in their offerings - from high quality farm-to-table food to linens, to immersing ourselves into yoga, energetic alignment sessions, breath-work practices and mindfulness workshops with your facilitator Maja Roy.
Mindfulness
We will begin and finish our trip in Rome so we recommend flying in and out directly to and from Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Rome. We will have private transportation (personal van with driver) arranged from and to the airport. If you need advice on travel to Rome please do not hesitate to reach out.

What is included in the trip:
Accommodation for 5 days and 4 nights in two boutique hotels.
¥ All meals are included (breakfast, lunch, dinner + abundance of delicious snacks) - during this tour we work hard to ensure the best quality meals made with organic, farm-to-table and local ingredients prepared by chefs or our hosts.
¥ Comfortable, modern bus/van transportation with air conditioning and our own personal driver.
¥ Tastings of usually no less than five wines at each of selected vineyards or cellars (we will usually visit at least one-two wineries per day).
¥ All entrance fees for cultural, natural sites and spas.
¥ Yoga classes, breathwork workshops, energetic alignment, meditation and other sessions during the trip.
What is NOT included in the trip:
¥ Airfare—you will need to make your own flight and travel arrangements. Best would be if you fly directly to Rome airport from where we will have personal pick-up transportation arranged.
¥ Trip cancellation initiated by the guest or their representatives for any reason.
¥ Travel Insurance: Although Italy is a safe country, we require participants to obtain travel insurance to cover health emergencies, theft, lost luggage, and other risks of traveling. By paying the final amount, you are certifying that you have travel insurance that covers these contingencies. Health care in Italy is of high-quality and comparatively (to the United States) affordable, but you still need to obtain travel insurance.
¥ Baggage insurance and excess baggage fees for flights.
¥ Luggage: We strongly encourage you to travel extremely light since we will be moving around a lot. For excursions like this, we have learned to travel with one rolling carry-on and one medium-sized shoulder/backpack bag for purse, camera, computer, and related items.
¥ Anything that is not expressly included in this document.
